Products

Each piece is handcrafted with care.
Due to the artisanal nature of the work, slight variations in colour, texture, trim placement or finish may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade character of each piece.

Product descriptions, photographs and measurements are provided as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and natural material variations.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Ane de Cocó reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if there is any issue affecting the fulfilment of the order.

If any problem arises, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR 

Prices include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing for bespoke orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Spain.

Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the piece, destination and courier service. Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ane de Cocó cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, customs procedures or courier issues after dispatch.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Many pieces by Ane de Cocó are made to order or created to the client’s specifications.

For this reason, made-to-order, bespoke and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and work has begun.

Orders may only be cancelled within a short period after purchase and before materials have been prepared or production has started.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not correspond to what was agreed, please contact Ane de Cocó within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and a short description of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed carefully and, where appropriate, a repair, replacement, partial refund or another suitable solution may be offered.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the consumer’s legal rights in the event of lack of conformity or defective goods.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, branding and visual materials, is the property of Ane de Cocó unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Personal information provided through this website will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy and data protection rules.
