From the first idea and colour palette to the last stitch, every Ane de Cocó piece is shaped, sewn and finished by hand in our studio on the Basque coast.
We work in small batches and bespoke commissions, so each hat has the time it needs to look and feel right on you.

We talk about your event, outfit and personality to choose the silhouette, colours and materials that suit you best.

Felt or straw is steamed and shaped on wooden blocks, then left to rest so the form settles naturally.

Brims and crowns are sewn, wired if needed, and the inside is finished for comfort and durability.

The hat is checked on the head, adjusted for balance and comfort, and refined until it feels “just right”.

Ribbons, veils and other details are chosen carefully so they enhance the shape instead of overpowering it.

Finally, each piece is brushed, packed in a protective box and sent with care instructions so it can be loved for years.

Hand–blocked natural straw boaters, stitched by hand and finished with quiet, elegant trims for summer weddings and events.

Soft wool felt shapes inspired by vintage silhouettes, blocked on wooden forms and lined for comfort and structure.

Delicate headpieces and berets with veils, ribbons and small details that frame the face and feel timeless rather than seasonal.
