Made-to-Order Policy

Each piece by Ane de Cocó is handmade with care, and many designs are created to order or made to the client’s specifications.

Because of the nature of these bespoke and made-to-order pieces, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and work has begun.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled within a short period after purchase and before materials have been prepared or work has started.

Once production has begun, cancellations, returns and refunds are no longer accepted for made-to-order or personalised pieces.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Made-to-order hats

Bespoke pieces

Customised designs

Items made to specific colour, trim or size requests

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what was agreed, please contact Ane de Cocó within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and a short description of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed with care, and where appropriate, a repair, replacement, partial refund or another suitable solution may be offered.
